The automotive industry is characterized by fierce competition and a fast pace. Moreover, it is heavily regulated. Quality management requirements are becoming increasingly extensive. To produce and deliver parts to OEM's, components and processes must meet a comprehensive set of requirements. So, a robust quality management program that builds on the latest quality requirements, has become the standard. However, the chase to meet the industry’s quality requirements does not always create value for the business or the customer. We observe that quality management programs have become highly complex and cumbersome to work with, often requiring extensive training and courses to operate, The kind of programs few people are eager to use.

Solution

Our goal is to deliver a solution that addresses this growing problem in a better way. Traditional quality management programs are based on text, tables, and lists, but our approach is based on a visual user interface with a traffic light system in a completely new way for quality programs. We are working towards user-friendliness that will allow anyone with general understanding of quality management to start using the program without any training, somewhat like picking up a smartphone for the first time and hitting the ground running.
